I liked the location and the price. It's close to the subway. You can quickly get where you need to go. Nearby there are stores. The room is clean and tidy. Before check-in, be sure to take a video photo of any cosmetic defects in the room. This is so that the deposit of 150 can be refunded.

The hotel is situated in a great area of Schönberg. There’s restaurants and bars nearby, the Gay bars are just a little walk away from the hotel. I had the biggest room at the top of the hotel. The room was comfortable with good views of the area. There was a shower, toilet and sink close by the double bed. The bed was so comfortable and big enough for two people. There’s a restaurant in the hotel which provides cold and hot food. The staff who work on the reception desk and in the restaurant are friendly and don’t mind they offer good service to meet your needs. It’s a very pleasant hotel for LGBTQ+ people. I definitely recommend it for tourists of Berlin.

My room was thoughtfully designed with clean lines, high-quality furnishings, and excellent soundproofing. Everything worked perfectly, and the bed was especially comfortable. Service was professional and warm. Staff members were helpful without being intrusive, making the check-in process quick and smooth. What stood out most was the hotel’s personality. Its bold color palette, artful interiors, and clever design choices made my stay feel stylish and inspiring. Axcel Hotel isn’t just a place to sleep it’s a true Berlin experience. I would gladly return.
